cake fight!
This weekend after C was finished with her “Anne Taintor” themed bridal shower, we rocked it over to Winchester, Virginia — then realizing we missed an exit by 20 miles we rocked it back to West Virginia to celebrate the nuptials of our friends Ryan (CEO of Muppethouse Enterprises, martyz.com hoster) and Stacey.
It was held at a beautiful park in Shepherdstown, WV, complete with bocce, lawn darts, candle containment systems, delicious pigs, tasty fish, “Shandys” (half beer / half sprite — not bad!) “BitchSetMeUp.com”,[ the perfect domain name for a wedding website, and of course the “What’s Playing In My Fridge” - edition of the “FridgeTracker 3000″, where your shirt will display what songs are currently playing in your fridge, another amazing innovation coming soon from Korea.
Very fun times in WV and best wishes to Ryan and Stacey for many fun times ahead.
Sunday, we moseyed over to Frederick, Maryland and checked out what they had to offer us. This was a particular highlight.
Had an excellent meal at the crowded, but tasty “Brewer’s Alley” then at my demand went to checkout the new “bloom” in Frederick which unfortunately did not have the nerdy little personal scanner things I was looking for. I’m pretty sure I scared an elderly lady with my tale.
