OMG For the Love Of All That’s Holy

I just tried B&J’s “Dublin Mudslide” last night — it’s ridiculous.
Get out of your chair, run to the store and get yourself some. Irish Cream Liqueur Ice Cream with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies and a Coffee Fudge Swirl.
Do it. Get it. Now.

b-day m-day weekend

The above header comes from newly posted pics on Cute Overload — you just can’t beat an 80 lb. dog looking to have a little baby-snack, then deciding to just hang out and chill.

From Lifehacker.com:
I needed to call someone from my cell but I didn’t want them to get my number from their caller id. I know to use *67 at home when [...]

“This ain’t your stop, blondie”

Fashion model Tatyana Simanava nearly met her maker in New York on Tuesday.
She was traveling via bus to a photo shoot in Staten Island with other members of international agency “Next Models”.
She stepped out of the bus’ bathroom and into a passageway — she opened a door that she assumed would take [...]

Doggone Tu-Tu ‘Puter

If you want to destroy your dog’s self-esteem and have the other neighborhood dogs snicker in your general direction, buy this Pet Umbrella from the Rescue PetStore.
While you’re at it, go ahead and buy him a little pink tu-tu some frilly dog panties and gift certificates for pet therapy.

Speaking of dogs, Checkers, Papa [...]

You Say Tomato, I Say Cherry Tomato Head

Yesterday was C’s big event in DC, the Walk to Cure Diabetes. I took a record 300-something pics that were widdled down to 240-something. — check out all the pics in all their sunny splendor here.

Fuji La-La-La - it’s the way that we snack when we’re doin’ our thang

The other day I paid $4.71 for three Fuji (3) apples at Whole Foods. I winced after I saw the price appear on the screen.
“Ooofah Loofah. $4.71 for 3 apples?!? Is that price for apples in the future or the current going price?!?,” I screamed silently to Marty In the Present.

I trudged [...]

Francois!

:divbar:
I know I’m like at least a week late on this, but I finally saw the Wes Anderson AmEx / Tribeca Film Fest commercial pre-”Lost” last night — instant classic. Great seeing Wes A. in front of the camera. (This is the extended version — the abbreviated for prime-time has some better pacing…it’s also better [...]

It’s what bwings us togeva… today.

Yes indeed, I became engaged this weekend.
It happened on Saturday afternoon in front of the great falls of the Potomac River in the aptly named town of Great Falls, Virginia. After looking for a place to sit for a picnic, we found a rocky perch overlooking the falls. I told C to take a picture [...]
