Two Hours Was Worth The Wait For This Money Shot

You know, I jest but he IS a rock legend on other parts of our planet, and perhaps the Supreme Being of a parallel universe but he’s also a human. A man. With emotions.
So back off, and let the Hoff cry a little bit.
Other highlights included:
1. Kevin “Chicken Little” Covais getting punched in the head by the audience — wait, that only happened in my mind.
2. Elliot YAHHH-meen started singing “One”, I was like, “There’s no effing way Bono is coming out… NO EFFING WAYYY!!!!” — and I was right. No effing way. MJ Blige, ya’ll.
3. Prince rocked the house… that was kinda cool…so were his backup singers.
4. Kevin Covaith thinging “Whath New Puthycat?” — oh wait..no, I wanted to shoot myself in the stomach during that segment.
5. Bald “rocker” guys singing together — uhh.. no, that wasn’t good either. I was ashamed of my hairlessness at that point.
6. Quick audience shots of various stars from “Fox” shows — Emily Deschanel from Fox’s “Bones” and OH LOOK, another celebrity audience member, why that’s David Boreanaz of Fox’s “Bones” .. and oh wait, who’s that there — that’s Bret Harrison from Fox’s “The Loop” and oh wait who’s that — that’s someone else from a show NO ONE WATCHES.
7. Two words: Meat. Loaf. — who obviously hasn’t stopped eating it since Bat Out Of Hell Part Whatever, as he couldn’t seem to catch his breath for the entire 1 minute and 24 seconds. Good thing he brought his red sweat rag with him…oh, and that other girl that can sing.
Maybe it’s time we wrap up the Meatloaf, forget about him, and toss him way, way in the back of the ‘fridge….Of rock.
