Weeeeee
Nintendo’s GameBoy had THE most addictive version of Tetris. I thought I was great until I saw this guy:
(Check out the snazzy new YouTube control bar! Oooooooooh!)
The original GameBoy version had no color — just the blocks and the repetitive … doo-doo-doo-doo-DOO. doo-doo-doo-doo-DOO. doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doodly-doo.
Or was it dee-da-da-da-dee-da-da-dee-da-dee-dee-dee-da-da-da-dee
Or maybe doo-da-da-da-doo-da-da-doo-da-doo-doo-doo-da-da-da-doo
Notice — I just replaced the doo’s with dee’s.
After a certain number of hours of gameplay, you could actually see the blocks as you drifted off to sleep. Quite a phenomenon.

Speaking of Nintendo, they’ve had a game console in the works I’ve been way excited about since Zap 5 — However, it’s no longer known as the Nintendo Revolution — but as the Nintendo Wii. (pronounced “Wee”), according to Kotaku, gamer’s blog.
Here’s the Nintendo reasoning (from Kotaku)
And here’s my reasons why it’s a horrible name:
Nintendo of America could not have been consulted in this horrendous naming decision.

Seeing this photo made me ask the questionHow’s the clogging coming along? — which reminded me of this Tenacious D sketch — you broke the rules…

Since I’m such a huge fan of the site, and there are hundreds of thousands of photos that no one will ever see except for the person that took it and a few of their friends (and me…and maybe you), I’d like to present several of the most random flickr photos to you on Fridays…. how about 5… and we’ll call it, flickr friday on martyz.com.. and hopefully I’ll keep this up more than a week. A peak into the lives of what the rest of the world is doing.

A miniature Version of a Los Angeles street scene…. or is it a real life picture that’s just blurred cleverly? It comes from the very talented Kris Kros… and it’s a photo of a real street with real cars and real people in Los Angeles... looks like an LA train set, eh? It ain’t.
