Mr. Norris & Cupcakes

Urban Outfitters sucks and here’s why.

1) I’m walking the thin border of their demographic and it annoys me… I’m no longer an 18-25 year old, but rather a 26-30 year old — I was in there a couple weeks ago and found very little of interest — some jeans that were torn, and faded at precise locations for only $70… a few house items and that “50 Atari games built into a controller” thang.

2) Their music is too loud. Seriously. I don’t need alt.rock or alt.hiphop cranked up to 11 when I’m looking at t-shirts. “45% percent off a shirt!”– Fantastic! Now only if I could hear myself think, maybe I could figure out how much it actually costs!

INT - URBAN STORE - NIGHT
(Loud alt.shitty.music blasting)
Employee: “Would you like to try that on in the dressing room?”
Consumer: “WHAT?”
Employee: “I SAID, WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY THAT ON IN THE DRESSING ROOM??!!!”
Consumer: “AM I BLESSING THE MOON?!?
Employee: “NO — I SAID WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY THAT ON?”
Consumer: “RICHARD PRYOR’S GONE? YEAH, I KNOW. HE WAS REALLY FUNNY!”
Employee: “NO — ”

and… scene.

The third, final and most important reason they suck:
2) They steal ideas from designers who can’t afford to sue them — particularly Johnny Cupcakes.

Chuck Norris responds to his recent Internet fame phenomenon on the Tony Danza show — and the whole craze started in the “Something Awful” forums and blew up from there. If you don’t believe me, you deserve a roundhouse kick to the head.

To summarize:

This week’s “Lost” was not as entertaining as this week’s “24″

Jack Bauer could snap Chuck Norris’ neck like a twig.

I hope a Zamboni runs over anyone involved with the production of “Skating with Celebrities”

Lost and 24 are two different shows, both of equalled greatness. Please refrain from comparing them because it is like apples to oranges.

Oranges are a better snack to eat while watching “24″ than eating apples and watching “Lost”.

Plus, you are probably living in “24 world” with not having it for so long. Lost has been on since September. Thus, your judgement is way clouded. Compare the 12 episode of Lost with the 12th of 24. then get back to me.
