Do you really need to spend those exhuasting 5 seconds to open a lock, when you can do it in 0.5 seconds? Presenting a remote controlled - padlock… so after you boop-boop your car at the gym, you can boop-boop your stuff in your locker…. what would be sweet is if I could boop-boop the door to my house? Or boop-boop the mouths shut of people that annoy me.
Speaking of wacky remotes, Toyota is working on a watch with Citizen that will open your car door – when worn all you have to do is touch your hand to the door handle and your lock opens.. I actually prefer the boop-boop.
It’s finally Friday and that means it’s “Jam-A-Month-Into-A-Weekend” Weekend — so far on tap: quality italian meal at Pucinelli’s, McLean (unconfirmed), Massive Garage/Community Sale in Arlington, Crafty Bastards in DC, Jeffrey Ross at Lisner Auditorium, SNL season premiere, the Nats final home game at RFK , and if I get my way, seeing “A History of Violence” ..which looks freakin’ suh-weet and has GREAT buzz. I love good buzz. Buzzzzzzz.
