for rent: cash only
This was my favorite story from the express yesterday: A man broke into a house and rented it out. Classic. My neighbors are gone for awhile…maybe I’ll get me a new ’summer job’!
Yesterday I had “Greased Lightning 101″. Me and 7 others checked two cars and inspected fluids, hoses, etc.. It went way quick for a 3 hour class but after yesterday I can tell if my brake fluid, power steering fluid and transmission need to be flushed. Also I know how to pump gas and honk my horn too!!! My horn goes beep beep honk honk!
We look at every other classmates car and one dude needed service on pretty much everything… his car was indeed not automatic, systematic or hydromatic.
The weather is looking mighty nice today around DC. It’s nice to be reminded that we don’t live in f’ing Seattle. (No offense Seattle… we like your rock and EMP Museum)
They’re hungover in Checotah, Oklahoma this morning with ‘Underwood’ winning on that singing contest show that I hope ends. Is it me or does ‘Underwood’ sound suspiciously like a porn name?
I missed the “Lost” finale last night but it has been recorded. For anyone that saw it, please comment on what you thought WITHOUT spoiling any plot, etc.

Lame. I expected more from J.J.
Although ALIAS, after struggling through an overall unexciting episode, had its best final minute of a season finale since “Vaughn… why are you wearing that ring?”
the LOST finale was great. Whomever posted the prior comment is insane in the membrane. Alias is whack.
i think whoever posted the prior comment to THIS one is whack — you probably loved “Ocean’s Twelve” and “Air Bud: Golden Receiver”, thus making your opinion invalid.
So I’m guessing nothing was absolutely resolved in the Lost Finale? Much like “The X-Files” that was eternally “seeking the truth” and found exotic alien adventures and bizarre supernatural tals that led to absolutely bupkus.
LOST was so amazing…..best two hours of TV. Not much resolved but a whole slew of new problems and mysteries. You will thoroughly enjoy it Marty.
Now Carrie, I will agree that the last 30 seconds of ALIAS was good, I actually screamed out loud, but the rest of the 59 minutes were so dumb. This season has been awful especially since they haven’t really used new storylines but just repeated ones from season 1. The show, I think, is near its end.
JJ needs to focus all his energies on LOST anyways.
