Big Glob O Green
I can’t believe it didn’t f’ing rain in DC last night — I attended my first ever “Screen on the Green” — as did several other peeps much love — about 15-20 mins before leaving I kept a firm eye on weather.com’s handy Doppler Radar showing a big massive glob of green (rain) heading east toward DC, while it poured buckets 30 mins west in Centreville — the glob of green never hit. Weather is weird. According to Back to the Future Part II, in 11 years we’ll be able to forecast rain to the second.
I can’t say I know what it’s like to be without the 1st Amendment, but it’s pretty f’ing amazing to be able to watch a movie about exposing corruption in the US Government (All the President’s Men) with the US Capitol as a backdrop.
